All Genera Studios sample pack & Kontakt library products have a full 100% Money Back Guarantee within 14 days of purchase if you aren't satisfied with your purchase. One refund per person. To receive your refund contact andrew@generastudios.com.

Consultations

Consultations with Andrew Southworth, Alex Bochel and Genera Studios may be cancelled for a full refund as long as you give notice to andrew@generastudios.com at least 24 hours prior to your consultation start time. If you miss your meeting time there is no refund, but contact andrew@generastudios.com explaining what happened and we are likely to reschedule your appointment one time.
