At the moment most of our products are 100% digital and delivery should happen within minutes of placing your order. If your products aren't delivered or you have trouble accessing them please reach out at support@generastudios.com and we'll help you out ASAP!

The rest of our products are service based. You should get a confirmation within minutes but service based products may take days or weeks to deliver depending on the product you purchased.
