Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once processed. However, if you have a unique circumstance please reach out to us via email at support@generastudios.com and we'll make it right.

Consultations

Consultations with Andrew Southworth, Alex Bochel and Genera Studios may be cancelled for a full refund as long as you give notice to andrew@generastudios.com at least 24 hours prior to your consultation start time. If you miss your meeting time there is no refund, but contact andrew@generastudios.com explaining what happened and we might reschedule your appointment one time. 

Courses

Genera Studios courses will have their own refund policy listed on the sales page. Contact andrew@generastudios.com for your refund request. Unless otherwise stated each course has a 14 day refund policy from time of purchase. Refunds will not be granted after the 14 day window.

For our lyric video service, you may request a refund up until the time you approve your sample video. Once you approve your sample the sale is final as work will start immediately upon your video.

For our advertising services you may request a refund up until we start work on your campaign. Additionally, you only get 1 refund in this product category and a cancellation fee may apply. If we've launched your campaign already we may issue a partial refund based on current advertising usage and time spent on the campaign. If you've previously been given a refund we may issue refunds on a case by case basis, but a cancellation fee may apply.
